Kickboxing at Eclectic Martial Arts is based on Muay Thai Kickboxing techniques taught by a world-ranked middleweight fighter. Our Kickboxing class is a high-energy, calorie-burning class practiced on heavy bags and focus mitts. More than just a popular trend, Kickboxing can be a great alternative for those who have become bored with routine strength-training and cardiovascular activities such as running and weight machines.

Kickboxing skills and drills are open to all teens and adults. Classes held Monday through Thursday nights and Saturday mornings. The intensity ranges from Easy to Moderate. Stop by for a trial class!
